Daniel is dishonest.I had an issue with Morgan and was directed to talk to him. He billed me for a phone call to discuss my issues with Morgan. He told me he agreed that I should not have been billed for emails sent during a zoom phone call and would refund me if I took my negative reviews down. I said I wouldn’t take the reviews down. He never refunded me but He billed me for more. Do not use this firm. It’s a smaller firm they do not have an accounting department. He said he didn’t represent me but his name is on my retainer and he billed me for discussing concerns. He is not honest and my emails show. He said he didn’t represent me but billed me to discuss issues pertaining to his associate when he owns the firm. So unprofessional and unethical. Do not use this firm. You will be disappointed. Anyone that behaves this way is horrible.reach out to me via social media If you have any questions. You can see my Amex wasn’t credited for the amount discussed. Tina Varlesi

Their response time was quick. I love the fact that the receptionist and the attorneys are very professional and was able to answer all my questions with no negative attitude. I would recommend that anyone with any probate matter should try them.

Unfortunately, this was the worst legal experience I have ever had. I have worked with the best firms and decided to try a smaller firm. I retained Morgan for my family law matter. She lacked the confidence, maturity, and aggressiveness that I wanted. I explicitly explained that my ex would not come prepared & this would be an easy case. I could have done this on my own but Hired counsel so I didn’t have to deal with him. He didn’t come prepared. It doesn’t get much easier than that. Morgan was passive aggressive-she told me about “issues” only after I had voiced mine first regarding her representation after reflecting on it. She initially told me she thought the hearing went “great” and after I voiced concerns she told me “my talking and interrupting hurt our argument” when I already won 2/3. That’s passive aggressive. Isn’t that something I should be told, as a paying client, after the hearing when we spoke and not coming on the heels of my email expressing discontent? She said a whole five words during an hour zoom meeting and I kept emailing her during the zoom telling her to bring this up. She even put the blame on me for getting the days mixed up of our hearing when I sent the zoom Info and she didn’t read it. The email heading even said “see you in a few”. It’s not the clients job to keep track of an attorneys agenda. Read documents that your clients send you to double check. I’m not paying to be a secretary when I have active representation. I even provided “work product” to Morgan that came from my previously $550/hr counsel to use. She billed me for emails sent during the zoom call (even ones where the referee was asking me to contact her) which I was already billed for the zoom call and billed for emails that she read but never responded to. I tried to bring this up to the Daniel and no response. If you want excellent representation go with a larger firm with a well known attorney. I only went with this firm because my case was so easy, I didn’t want to do the talking but wanted my voice to be heard through my attorney. I wrote her a long opening since the other side gets to talk and she said “it was helpful” but again after paragraph and paragraph of info, she only said “mom pays for camp and school”?! That’s it. I wanted my ex to be held accountable for a frivolous motion. You pay for what you get with representation! You can’t buy confidence or experience. A newer attorney lacks the skill. This is more disturbing. She even suggested in the beginning that we should have a “male” counselor meet with my ex because “it didn’t sound like my ex respected women” and she thought having another male attorney would be helpful in gaining respect from my ex. She should demand respect and not need a “prop” to obtain results.RED FLAG That’s the difference. She wanted to have me pay another attorney from the firm that was a male (she recommended Daniel) to have a meeting with me and my ex. Women are still oppressed because of that mentality. We don’t need a man to demand respect towards women. We don’t ask for respect, we demand it. It helps to have an attorney that is friendly with the judge or has a relationship with but not hire a male to demand respect from another man. Take this as review as you want but I’d never recommend them. They don’t call back/follow up when you voice concerns. This was someone else’s concern in the comments. They are responsive up until that point but doesn’t instill trust in client/attorney relationship.I contacted Daniel and he told me if I wanted to discuss the matter than to let him know.I sent several emails & a phone call. Nothing. Don’t waste your time; and coming from someone that has worked with the best civil rights attorney (Deb Gordon), family law (Honigman), and business matters (Jaffe). Pay the extra $200 an hour and get someone that is connected in the field and has confidence in themselves and their capability. It’s a night and day experience. You only get one shot in court and we all want to feel like we are vindicated and your counsel is able and competent to fight for you.
