We recently had need for legal services. We went right to Aric Melder as he had helped us in the past. He assisted us in a family situation that was difficult to deal with. He was supportive and compassionate. Being an older adult, he never made me feel stupid, explained everything so we could understand. He even sat with me when I had to do a zoom call with the judge because he could sense my anxiety. I was so impressed with his advocacy on our behalf. I also appreciated his wonderful office staff. Completely satisfactory service and I wholeheartedly recommend him! I had an expensive power wheelchair that was unsteerable and the seller refused to honor its warranty. I had legal insurance through MetLife and chose Melder & Melder from a list of Michigan participants. Aric made it easy: sent the documents I had to sign via email, requested receipts and info that I was able to send him by email, talked to me to see what my goal was. He was able to get me a better settlement than I had hoped for! And unlike other attorneys I had dealt with, he didn't nickel-and-dime me to death. I didn't pay a penny out of pocket.
