Great Representation!

Edit in reply to owner- I will not be calling, I called another firm who actually took the time to hear out my situation, we were able to fight for my tenant rights , and within 2 weeks I got new carpet, new appliances and 1 month knocked off my rent at the apartment complexes expenses! You guys at melder should take this experience and review and learn from it! I’m having problems with my landlord, and reached out to this office, the lawyer I spoke with kept cutting me off and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say he was pretty rude and from past experience with lawyers normally the client comes first, and your supposed to hear us out not jump to conclusions and cut me off every 20 seconds I couldn’t even finish what i had to say therefore I hung up, dude was extremely rude and not understanding of my situation. Don’t reccomend

I have both referred friends to Melder & Melder and used them myself. In my case they proved to be extremely knowledgeable and saved me a lot of grief and headache. My friends were very happy with the results, or, as much as you can be when it involves court. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I have known Aric Melder for over 10 years. Originally, he helped my father with a real-estate dispute and recently an issue for my mom. Aric helped me with my divorce and I wouldn't have made it through that process without him. I didn't have a lot of money and his rates were very reasonable. He tells you like it is and gets the job done. Over the years my family has called on Melder and Melder for their legal opinions and expertise. He is the best litigator I have seen. I trust Aric and know I can't count on him. He has also been great to my parents. My father has sadly passed, but thought the world of Aric. Not always an easy achievement for a lawyer. I will always be a client of Melder & Melder- there is no one else better to get the job done.

Aric has been our family attorney for over a decade. He handled a family real estate dispute for my late husband and went on to help my daughter with her divorce. Aric is a tough litigator, someone you definitely want in your corner. He is also ethical and someone you can trust. Being older, I was concerned about being out during COVID-19 and had another issue for Aric to handle. His office is always meticulously clean so I wasn't concerned, but he reassured me that they had several measures in place to feel safe and protected. Upon arrival, I had no concerns whatsoever. I will continue to use Melder & Melder for our legal needs and feel fortunate to have found such a great attorney.

This was my first real experience with a lawyer/law firm and I used Sanford Melder. He has been our famiy's lawyer for the last 10+ years, family law and divorce. Let me tell you, he gets the job done!!!!! He's stern in business and some might find his business tone uncomfortable, but after business has been accomplished I have discovered a very sincere and kind person who wants nothing but the best for you and your family. I highly recommend him!!!!!
