Take a drive down any major freeway and what will you see? A sundry of billboards with the most popular attorneys wanting to represent you. So who do call regarding your case? The man with boxing gloves ready to fight for you, the man with a cape on that looks like Superman, or the man with a really mean look on his face? And yes, Tim Burns has a billboard over the freeway advertising his law firm. But I took a random chance on the Burns law firm and got satisfying results from my case. There were not any surprises regarding the outcome of my settlement and Tim Buns was very objective in assessing my case. All of the staff in the office were easy to work with and happy to answer your questions. So I highly recommend the Burns law firm and would encourage you to give them a chance to hear your case.

I was sure I had no case for workmans comp. After talking to Tim, he actually laughed and said "who told you that you don't have a case?" Tim took my case promising if he didn't win, I paid nothing. When the comp attorney made an offer I was ready to accept it, I thought it was a decent offer, Tim said no, I know it and your injury are worth more. I was skeptical and scared of losing it all. Tim got me 4 times what I was offered. 4 TIMES!!! I can't thank Tim and his team enough, I just needed to have faith and Tim and his team. Thanks again Kevin B
