Tim burns earned his 5 star status with our family ! He was great to work with. He never look down on us , treating us with respect and giving us honest answers with no hype . He was to the point with full explanation of what was to become of our case. He had good listening skills. He and his staff were knowledgeable of our case whenever we had questions.
