The short sale was not just handled successfully, but EVERYTHING was addressed, including the subsequent tax situation. We were able to arrange a settlement with another company, an account that has since been resolved. I was sued for a large amount of money by a collections agency and because of David's efforts, not only did the plaintiff withdraw the suit, they wiped the debt away and removed it from our credit history.
