I was in Macomb count circuit court for a habitual drug possession charge. John Parnell was my court appointed attorney. My options were pretty slim. I had already used a 74-11 plea in the past. John Parnell, other than being my cout appointed, was really determine to fight for me. John went above and beyond to get a plea agreement in my favor which he has only tryed 10 times in his career with only 1 settled. I was his # 2. Felony dropped to a misdemeanor, only 1 yr probation. Very understanding, professional and is part of a great team (firm).

David Parnell and the Parnell Firm is thee best law firm! David took on SLM Private Student Loan Trust and won my case for me. I am forever grateful to him. He displayed such professionalism, support and expertise. When I first sat down with him, he told me to not worry about nothing and that he would take care of it. I was in collection and could not make any reasonable arrangements with the creditor until I talked to David. In two days I had an acceptable arrangement that I thought was not possible. David was straight forward and kept me in the know. I would recommend David for legal conceal.

Dave stopped an unethical bill collector from taking my money! Dave stood up for me, when he saw that someone was trying to take advantage of me by trying to collect on an outdated and excessive debt.
