Joe was great. He was able to get false charges dismissed in a timely manner.

Wanted to write a remarkable review about Mr. Fletcher and Samantha and started reading the reviews left by others. It appears that I am not the first to feel like I was at the right place when I stepped into the Law Office of Joseph Fletcher. Divorce is such a tough life event to navigate. Yet, unfortunately it is also one of those times when you can’t afford to go it alone. Mr. Fletcher was very professional and knew exactly what it would take to get me and my boys through this tough time. He answered all my questions and in the end I was more than happy with the outcome. I will use Mr. Fletcher for all my legal needs in the future as well. Samantha is his boss (😂) office manager. Samantha is Gold. She always was there to answer questions or get answers or to just listen to me talk. What a great legal team to have on your side when it feels like the world is caving on you. Definitely great choice and highly recommend!

I ended up needing Mr. Fletcher's help in a case and i couldn't be happier with my choice. He was understanding helpful and in the courtroom he didn't take any crap. He was right to the point and helped me out in one of my most times of need. I would suggest him to anyone. Class A lawyer. On top of being very reasonable when it came to my payment.

Fletcher law came into my case at the final hearing for custody of my son. His poise and professionalism allowed me to finish what I had started 6 hearing prior on my own. Everything was treated respectfully and honest.

I went with Joe for my divorce based on his positive reviews and how professional he appeared when I did my consultation. Joe is a nice guy but I would never recommend him for a divorce case. My ex hired a very aggressive lawyer who made up his own facts and Joe was unable to defend against this. At the time of my most need Joe was not there for me. My case should never have even gone to trial when it did given the extreme circumstances I was dealing with regarding the health of my daughter who was hospitalized the whole month prior to the trial. But the trial was forced down my throat since the judge was more concerned about wrapping it up in a year to protect her record. And the judge took all the lies that were fed to her (it was Mabel Johnson by the way) without even doing any due diligence. Now I am forced to appeal the ruling and I am living a nightmare financially as I cannot afford to support myself. This is extremely frustrating given the fact that I am the only one working. My ex was working but is no longer since she has no need with all the money that was awarded to her in the judgement. Again I do not recommend going with Joe for a divorce case. I would never wish what happened to me happens to anyone else.

I hired Joe for my divorce case. At the beginning I had hoped to work things out with my ex amicably but she hired an aggressive lawyer who made up his own facts and Joe was unable to defend me against this. What bothers me most is the fact that he is unwilling to admit any fault on his end. He keeps trying to push the blame all back on me. I am sure he will come back and claim I am distorting the facts or that what I say is not true. His famous line to me is "I told you to take the settlement". For the reason of misconstrued facts and hearsay I did not feel comfortable with that agreement and he did not fight anything that the other attorney claimed. For example they claimed extensive repairs to the house that my ex was living in that she would have to be responsible for. However there was no evidence of this whatsoever and Joe just bought all of this. i could go on but will try to keep this short. The fact that I am writing a bad review and Joe will come back and put a lot of effort in to defend his reputation aggravates me even more. If he put this same passion and effort into my case we may not be in the situation we are in now where I feel compelled to write a bad review.

Found myself in quite a predicament after discontinuing some medication I was taking. Mr. Fletcher worked diligently on my case, with great professionalism, also carrying himself excellently in the courtroom. He took what to me was the worst time in my life, made sure I got through it justly an with little confusion on my end. I won’t hesitate to use Mr. Fletcher if needed again in the future. He shows great honesty and integrity. Very easy to get along with and down to facts of your issues at hand.

Sometimes in life you find yourself in a position in which you need legal counsel but also a friendly face and someone who has your best interests in place. Joe and his staff were that for me in a very difficult time! Not only are they completely professional and dedicated but also want you to get the best results possible and are prepared to fight for you. If you or someone you know is in need of top notch legal counsel you've found your team, stop looking! A side note, just to share about Joe's character. Even after my case was complete, Joe unannounced and unsolicited attended both of my review hearings to argue for early release of probation and we were successful in getting that release. He owed me nothing and did it just to help me out and I can't tell you how much that meant to me at the time. Sadly, I have to share that after all the impressive things I have shared it came to light that the understanding I had as a conclusion to my case wasn't so. After many...many requests for clarification from Joe and his team I have been completely avoided and unsure of what if any closure my case has seen. I hate to have to adjust this review but it's clear that unless you're paying that you soon find yourself out in the cold!
