St. Joe Attorney my Dad retained for me {Jury trial did NOT go Well!)

I was arrested for a charge of DV. It was my first offense ever, and I was innocent, but yet had to fight for my dismissal. I had to choose a lawyer to represent me as I wanted my clean record back. I contacted 3 lawyers to see which one would be best for me. The first lawyer I spoke with wanted me to take a plea bargain with a reduced charge of disturbing the peace, of which I was not guilty of, and is a misdemeanor. The second lawyer wanted to charge me $250 for consultation. Why should I pay to speak to a lawyer that I don't even know I want to represent me? Then I called Fletcher law and was able to speak with Joe. He was kind and polite and listened to my story. I then asked him what his recommendation was for me and he said fight for a dismissal, even if it means going to trial. I was impressed with his willingness to fight for me and keep my spotless record clean. Joe won my case without going to trial. No plea bargain, No community service, No classes. I would recommend him to anyone who wants real justice and does not want to cave in to plea bargains and fines.

I don't know where I'd be without Mr. Fletcher's and his staffs help. He has been very professional and very helpful. In my time of need . He's gone out of his way to help me and got me out of a tight situation. I would recommend him to anybody.He is someone I am glad to have on my side.

Great grandparent custody battle. We hired Mr. Fletcher to help us get visitation rights and possible custody for a great granddaughter. He made us feel like we could win or had a good chance of winning we paid him $3500. Then when we went to court he said I told you you probably wouldn't whenc. He did not do his research because it was (The day of the hearing) out found out great grandparents have no rights. Thank you Mr. Fletcher for nothing

Going through the court process can be an extremely scary and draining process. Trying to find an attorney that will fight for you and make sure your best interest is priority is not always easy. Attorney Fletcher stood in my corner and gave me a voice when nobody would listen. Joe did more than represent me, he gave me strength and encouragement when I thought I couldn't go any further. I have never met an attorney that is more down to earth. Joe diligently walked me through the entire court process treating me with respect and dignity the entire way. I will forever be grateful for the fight Joe put up to prove my innocence. This guy is a stand up guy and a heck of an attorney. He and his staff went above and beyond to help me when I was in a helpless situation. I strongly recommend putting Joe on your side if you need someone to represent you.

I was in need of a lawyer for the first time in my life. I am very lucky to say that I went with Fletcher Law. Joe handled everything. He is a family man and truly cares about doing what's right and wanting to help his clients. His kindness is not a weakness, he is very strong and confident and commanding when it comes down to business. His empathy and understanding, his professionalism and promptness to get things done quickly makes him an incredible lawyer that I was so thankful to have had.
