My first mistake of the day, I went to the wrong office. I had appointment Saturday with Chris, but, I wasn't able to make it. AND, after i spoke with Julie, and she told me 3 0r 4 times in our conversation Saturday morning your appointment is now at the Dearborn Office I still managed to make it to Southfield Office, .However, it was my best mistake... Amy K. was great she pick-up right where my attorney left off. She never made me feel like, your attorney is at our other office, she made feel like, come in Dawne, I can assist you. And thanks for choosing Acclaim.. They rock! The Attorney's and Julie....

Amy's attention to detail is like no other. She went above and beyond to make sure she knew every part of my case. She was kind, considerate and very professional.
