I would like to give a shout out and hearty thank you to Attorney Francesca Lousia for taking the time to assist me when I had absolutely no idea on how to move forward with my concern. From the first call on to the e mails and ultimately meeting with her face to face. Ms. Lousia was extremely professional as well as showing her humanness in demonstrating empathy and support in addressing my concerns.
