I contacted the Law Office of Dean E. Patrick , LLC on 08/18/2017 with an issue I had been dealing with and was in need of immediate legal advice. Within hours he sent me important information to move forward in my case and saw me in person immediately within 24 hours. I had all the legal documents I needed and guidance for the future. I could not have asked for better or competent service. Mr. Patrick and his associate Sartaj Judge did an amazing job handling my case. They are very professional, comprehensible, and more than anything I felt I could trust him to have my best interest at mind.
If I need any legal help in the future, I will definitely return and highly recommend the Law Office of Dean E. Patrick, LLC to friends and family.

Dean Patrick is the best attorney I could have ever asked for. I was in a very scary situation and I had never been in the courts before. Dean made me feel calm about the situation and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Walking into the court he made me feel very comfortable. He definitely goes the extra mile and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was fortunate enough to work with Ms. Frawley on a case where a client, while under an 'exclusive buyer agency contract', proceeded to buy a property directly from the listing agent. This action deprived me of my entitled commission after 4 months of hard work, 30 showings and 3 offers...
My file was submitted to Rachael's firm by my corporate office first and then from the minute we met, Rachael was prepared, detailed, clear and most of all passionate about her work. Throughout the process, Rachael was always a few steps ahead of the game and 'voila', the outcome was in our favor - accordingly the case was settled.
She is hard working, organized and very pragmatic. without any doubt I recommend Ms. Frawley and her firm for effective results.

My husband and I highly recommend Mr. Dean Patrick! He was initially hired based on his knowledge and timely responses. Although it was intended to be regarding a single matter, we realized what an asset he was and have used him with multiple services and attorney needs. Along with professionalism one of the things we appreciate about Dean is his ability to explain the legal language and laws to us, and include his honest opinion about what that means for each case individually. We have recommended family members to him, and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Rachael Frawley worked hard on my case. She was prepared for anything. A couple years ago she battled a complicated case with many judges involved. The results were literately to good to be true. I recently had to deal with another case. Of course i called her again, and again i could not be happier with the outcome. I could never thank her enough for the hard work and aggressive fight i needed.

Im verry happy i found such a good lawyer. I have had a few lawyers in my past who i have paid dearly for. I wish i would of known of him sooner. He made me feel like we were in it together. He took so much time going over everything untill he made sure i was confident with my decisions and i understood every possible option and therefore the outcome. I felt as if I had known him for a long time the way he generally cared about me personally and my situation I'm not the type to go out of my way and give reviews butt I would like to help somebody else whos looking for a great lawyer. So I thought to give him a review so people know what a great all around experience and how satisfied I was with him. I will definitely hire him again and I recommend him to all my friends and family and anyone else I meet that needs help finding a good lawyer.

My mother had a land contract situation that was going sideways and I suggested she get a lawyer to help. She felt it would be expensive, so I offered to pay to get the issue worked on by a professional. My mother got a recommendation for the firm Rachael works for from a coworker who stated that they were effective. So we decided to give them a try. It didn't even get that far. In fact, the only two options I have here are "Hired" or "Consulted", I'd say they did neither for me.
It's somewhat unclear if they offer a consultation on anything other than their fee structure. The partner that my mother originally contacted recommended Rachael within their firm and they discussed fees. Things sounded good, and land contract documents were sent.
A couple days passed, and since my mother works 12 hour shifts (Rachael only wanted to speak by telephone), she asked me to give her a call and see what was needed and get some guidance on moving forward -- since I've been fully involved in the situation and, in fact, would be the person actually paying for this service. Since there are privacy issues, a note was already sent by email asking Rachael to discuss matters with me. I gave Rachael a call to try and get the ball moving.
From the start Rachael was combative about the whole situation. It seemed to me that she lacked the skills or knowledge on how to deal with a "third party" being involved. At this point, she started demanding that my mother pay her retainer before we discuss involving myself. Huh? I accepted that she couldn't discuss "privileged" information with me until some formal documents were filed and I asked her what information she needed so that I can get things moving somehow. At this point she complained about not getting paid despite having spent "several hours" reviewing the documents -- I said I'd have a check dropped off today and get the paperwork in place, just need to know what is needed. She said she'd need to ask her manager, but she wants to get paid before that. Strange.
At this point we had sussed out their MO, which was not communicated from the start. Apparently they work on this system where you pay one amount before they review paperwork, or you pay nothing from the start and then have to pay more to "unlock" what effectively is 30-minute consultation level information.
All in all, Rachael seems to be lacking in the ability to deal with clients, both on a customer service level and knowledge of the legal/procedural steps to making things work. For that reason, her and her firm definitely will not be hired to work on our land contract issue.

After the sudden and devastating loss of my mother, I was overwhelmed with the task of closing out her estate. I do not reside in Michigan, so I was not even sure that I would be able to go through the probate process on my own.
After searching through a sea of attorneys, I came across Dean's website. It was actually someone else's testimony that stood out about him, and how he assisted their family in their time of loss, and I tell you, he did not disappoint! He was very thorough and detailed from the start and kept me informed every step of the way.
For me, he made the process seamless, which I appreciate.
I will surely tell everyone I know in Michigan about Dean Patrick. He is an amazing attorney!
