I received the process complete notification for my parent’s estate. Dean and his team took me through the probate process and I cannot imagine trying to understand the court expectations/ terms and forms without their professional and personable assistance. I highly recommend their service. It was a huge relief let them lead me through the overly complicated court process. Relieved that the probate encounter is over. I wish we had checked all the bank accounts prior to my father’s passing..... and verified the Trust was named as a beneficiary. Apparently Power of attorney ends when they die ...... and in our case the credit union would no longer talk to us about the account. Our parents had a credit union account that had no heirs in their computer. Knowing us made no difference. Credit union could not even talk to us once dad died. I have a personal checking account that I can recall naming my kids as beneficiaries..... but the bank merged a couple times and somewhere along the line my bank dropped the beneficiary information. I called them and asked but they said they had nothing in their system. I plan to get the named beneficiary information in writing and assuming they lost it once so they could lose it again. Bottom line, our financial organizations would not even talk to us because we were not listed in their computer. All the assets in the account were frozen. This was painful to resolve ....I had to be named by the probate court as the personal representative of my parents/ estate .... and then the court wanted a lot more information and it got more complicated than I could have imagined. Thank goodness for Dean and his team who knew exactly what to do and unraveled the tangled mess.

Inexperienced, unprofessional, and the most uneducated Attorneys are in this Law Firm. Had no clue what type of case I was talking about and completely wasted my time and now my whole case is in a huge mess! Money hungry attorneys and don’t care about their clients case or their situation! Stay away from them at all cost and most likely they bought all the fake 5 start reviews or somehow bribed Their clients to leave them 5 stars.
