I was rear ended on I-94. I was severely injured, requiring neck and lumbar fusion surgery. Unfortunately, the case took a long time because it happened during COVID. Mr, Raitt sent me to an excellent surgeon. When we finally settled there was going to be a large portion of the settlement that was going to be withheld due to Medicare paying for some of my surgeries. Bobby paid me out of his own account and he waited for the remainder of the settlement himself. I don't know how many attorneys would have done that. I am thankful that I called Mr. Raitt to represent me against State Farm, they didn't even want to pay me for gas, let alone anything else. Bobby made State Farm pay me for my injury. I still need to get more operations, but I feel very confident knowing that Mr. Raitt is representing me. If I could give Bobby Ten stars I would. Thank you and God bless you Mr. Bobby Raitt.
