Very professional law office amazing communication will answer all your questions and If you call without them answering they will take no longer then 10 minutes to call back. these people do not know common sense. i was on auto pay with my old card, updated info with new card to be continued on auto pay and they did not set it up, so now they want a big down payment again to reinstate my license , which i dont have that money now on top of what i owe and now have to drive with suspended license to work to make these payments.

They made me do all the work on my case and when I asked for an itemized bill they withdrew from my case. Whoever answers the phone has no manners or customer service skills.

Words can’t explain the service that Matt and his firm provides for his clients. I was referred to Mark Aiello by another lawyer who thought his qualifications for SSDI claims would be well suited for me.
With my condition of MS, I was not able to return to work after therapy. He helped me through the maze paperwork of STD, LTD, and SSDI. Mark was always there to answer my questions either by phone or e-mail. His staff was helpful and very nice.
The first attempt of trying, i was awarded SSDI. I would highly recommend him to my family, friends, and anyone who needs legal matters attended to. Thank you for all your help.
