There is no option for -5 stars lack of communication, incompetence, very slaw. Charged me $1410 for a simple PPO that he couldn't terminate, and didn't even bother to read my file and doctor report, He sent me an itemized bill after i request it, that includes charges for around 3 hours of communications and calls, even though all our communications might add up to 30 mins total. Now i can see why his business name and location was changed 4 times.

From beginning to end you and your team have always been available and responsive; for this, I am eternally great full. I will surely recommend your services. Job well done!!!!!😇
