I am totally pleased with how my case was handled by Goodman Acker. Had some issues tracking my file due to staffing changes I believe related to Covid (I am late with this review). But they were successful in getting a relative his SSI benefits after he was originally denied. Would I use them again? Yes

I contacted the office to seek advice. I was transferred to Laurie. Who would've imagined how gracious she could be with all of my quirky questions and never ending rambling. What a wonderful human being. She had such compassionate listening skills and didn’t make me feel like a number.
