Ronita Bahri really went the extra mile for me. She fought and argued and answered my emails in a timely manner. Unlike other lawyers I’ve used, she treats people with respect and kindness.

Was rear ended last spring in a car accident. I had a serious back injury in 2001 from another car accident that required surgery, and this accident exacerbated it. I also hit my head, leading to me having severe migraines almost every day, I had a couple of seizures from it as well. The insurance company did their independent medical evaluation and determined that there was nothing wrong with me that wasn't already there. I had contacted Goodman Acker a couple weeks after the accident. They didnt really help me at all. They did a free consultation and never did anything after that. I had questions and they took days to get back to me The person I was supposed to go in and do the interview with for the insurance company kept cancelling on me Then she went vacation and said we would meet up when she got back. But when she got back they dropped me as a client, no warning. Here it is 10 months later and I still can barely get out of bed in the mornings because my back is so messed up. The migraines are fewer but I have suffered so much. I don't get to see my son as often as I want because he's special needs and his dad doesn't feel safe leaving him with me in case I am unable to take care of him. They didn't see the monetary value in my case so they just dropped me. They don't care about the client's pain & suffering. They just want to make money. And if you're not an obvious cash cow, you're useless to them. Edit: no one discussed anything with me regarding why I was dropped. Just saying. Unless you were the one handling my case, I dont think you know what occurred. I never spoke with anyone. I just received a letter saying we are no longer representing you. So someone dropped the ball or maybe they are just covering their behind.

Goodman Acker helped me with my case. After getting hit by a car while on the back of a moped. Very hard working and excellent at what they do. Very nice people to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry and his team. They were great with helping me understand things and working their absolute hardest to get the best possible outcome for me!. Though I lost, unfortunately, they do a great job, though I am mentally challenged, the stupid judge ruled that just because I'm not to old enough to collect disability for having severe health issues including cervical degeneration, which causes me to to get dizzy everyday! But hey! He judged wrong and god Almighty will judge him too. Though I hate forgiving incompetent people I have to forgive them. Besides, how am I supposed to be forgiven from God for my severe sins casted on my shoulders when I can't forgive others? I will forgive these people like that but I will never, ever, forget!

The lawyer my fiance of 31 1/2 years did wrong. He was not good. My fiance had a case and was asked. In the event you pass before this is settled who do you want to get it? He said me. We BOTH signed papers to seal that deal. Then Bob got sick and passed away. And you would think they would do as Bob wanted. NO THEY DID NOT!!!!!they gave the money to his son who had done NOTHING help his dad. He did his dad dirty for years. And Bob's wishes was NOT upheld. That paper we signed was legal and binding as BOB thought. His attorney will NOT even give me a copy of the papers Bob and i signed. Since Bobs thirfing son came into our home after he passed and stold them. It is MY RIGHT to get any paper i signed replaced. He refuses to give me any copy so i can go to court for this. The attorney said it went through probate court how ever i was NEVER contacted about this nor got anything in the mail about it. This attorney covers things and hides them grom the people that should get it. DO NOT trust them. I have NO reason to come on here and lie. This is the honest to God truth. In the end what a mans last wishes are don't mean nothing to these attorneys. And will do nothing to see the right person gets what is theirs. I would drop a case before i would EVER use them again.i took Bob there on every visit and even helped them with all the photos where his accident occurred. They knew i was the only one there for Bob. I'm contacting the bar Association on this crooked attorney.. PLEASE take a fool's advice. Go find a good attorney that's there for the client. Thank you
