My positive experience began with Gerald Thurswell believing in my case. After an initial investigation, Adriana took over. She is smart, understanding, eye for detail, and passionate to hold parties to account. This led to a favorable settlement in my case. I appreciate their hard work and dedication in a time of great loss in my life. I would recommend this firm to everyone.

I agree with Amanda. I went to thruswell's office had a meeting when I'm was there I was told that they were gonna take my case then 3 weeks later I received a letter stating they were unable to take my case. So first they straight lied to my face , then on top of it they sent a letter. I wouldn't recommend this firm to no one. Especially if its a case threw UofM cuz they work with that hospital not against them. Also Money shouldn't be a reason they won't take a case it's your clients that should be more important... What a shame. P. S I do have a case and it's a big one so thanks for your rejection letter🤭

Couldn't say if they are decent. They wouldn't take our case because the Dr. isn't associated with a big enough hospital to make it worth their time. Apparently malpractice inaurance for a private practice isn't as lucrative as suing UofM. Said we have a good case but not enough money in it for them 🤦‍♀️

Not only did Mr. McGuire appropriately handled my case, but also my memory loss and aggravation when it came to my memory loss. Carol Savage is amazing, she even came to my parents house twice with signed paperwork so you and I fired my first attorney as well grateful for everything my children this is the offer, I could not recommend anybody else, and I was paralegal before the accident labeled me Disabled. If any of my friends or family sadly find themselves from the predicament I found myself and I would tell them to jump on Thursday. Well law I had zero stress zero worries and I put my face into this law firm and I’m so glad that I did. Thank you so much!
