Had a horrible experience. Thomas Nelson did a horrible job communicating. He hung up on me everytime we talked he would only text me. He was only concerned about me taking the money. Him nor Zenia answered the phone when I called. Thomas also told me he didn’t know about Certain parts of my case. He was being very unprofessional yelling and giving attitude to my mother. Overall had a bad experience and will NEVER use Applebaum&stone again! They told me I’d get a lot of money and it wasn’t even close to what they said. Thomas is helping me with my mini torte and has been a little more helpful he has been very nice after the fact I do appreciate the help now but my opinion still stands
