Garnished my taxes, didn't even try to call..then woke up one morning to my account drained. No notice, nothing. Seems like if they take you to court for tax garnishment, then they have free reign to take whatever they want , whenever they want. 3 days before Christmas too.

Talked to niel nielsen on the phone thought he was a decent guy came to agreement for 50 a month till this December when my wifes car payments fall off and i could pay the overdue medical balance easily got a letter for a income tax garnishment this friday but the confidential court papers actually belong to a woman wasnt even mine but was in a envelope addressed to me and today they took 1750 right out of my bank along with a 52 dollar charge for getting the money and laughed off the mixed up paper work said its public records it doesn't matter not our problem theyre a joke and dont trust them

Lied to me about how the system works. When paying back medical debt no one can force you to pay the amount they want you to pay.

Overcharged me on a debt by $500, refuses to tell me how much I owe over the phone, nothing more than rude petty thieves.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LAWFIRM! They are after your dollars!! An employee of mine was being garnished for wages after she was fired from my place of business for stealing from me. After COMPLYING for weeks on end and handfuls of phone calls to the Secretary asking what else they need and sending everything my accountants had on this woman…I get charged with an $1,100 bill for not complying. No sir YOU were the one who didn’t comply with my 30 phone calls by not being specific on what else you need from me. You guys waited it out as long as you could until the judge could smack me with a non comply fee when YOU were not complying. It’s sad that you have to scam people out of money to keep your lawyer status up and going. I’m sure you wouldn’t be worried about these minor cases if you actually had clients 🤷🏻‍♀️Good luck with that karma

Low life,, worthless attorney if you want to call him that, his office personnel is even worse than him, drained my entire bank account this morning on a judgment that I paid down to over 500.00 and only had $400 to go then all of a sudden with no letter not even being served with paperwork to just draining my bank account. called and the woman answered the phone with not hello but with saying (WHAT)!! That really set me off report them to Attorney Grievance Commission hopefully they can dis bar this lowlife. I did report him and everyone in his office. If you do talk to anyone on the phone there make sure you record the conversation like i did that what the commission told me when I called them they like to see that. Makes their investigation easy they said.

Crooked. Collections was only $34 but he’s trying to charge me $500. Get a lawyer. He is also not licensed through LARA anymore. I have filed an extensive report with the state. File a report through the state, get someone from legal aide, & fight back

Sickening company. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to empty a bank account that was already closed. Good luck getting money from me. I'm broke. Take your loss and get out of my life! The lord works in mysterious ways. Something told me to move to a different bank and I did. Out of state and out of reach for you!!! Ha ha

Rude people and they just want your money, even when the money is irrelevant and you owe a couple hundred. They just give you attitude like you deserve the situation and can't offer any other information.
