I received a notification that I was being sued for an unpaid medical bill. I called and told them that it was a workers' comp bill. The man I spoke to said it probably was, but I could take care of it by just paying it. I told him it wasn't my responsibility. They then took me to court and got a judgment against me ($800 damages on a $100 bill). Apparently it isn't their problem, it's mine.

This place is a joke. It’s establishments like this that give all attorneys a bad name. Shame in Mclaren hospital for even using these hacks for work.

Thanks for killing my ex's small business by claiming I work there making him have to pay legal fees and settle. I hope you sleep well at night knowing the kids are screwed now.

These people have no business etiquette. They are all rude I get that you were a debt collector but you can still have common courtesy and customer service skills which everyone in this office lacks.

Horrible humans

Scumbag debt collector. Refused to work with me on small arrangements, then garnished my taxes. After being notified that my taxes are being sent directly to them as payment, the state holds the payment for 28 days before depositing to the collector. All this information is known by Frost, and he is still charging me 1% interest for the next 28 days until they receive payment. At which point, I will still owe them money, because the garnish amount doesnt cover the accrued interest. Pretty scum ball tactic, legal or not. Be sure to pay these guys or they will be unscrupulous in getting it back.

It’s legal stuff. It isn’t fun. The paperwork and bills piling up filled with lingo you don’t understand. I needed help. I recommend Goodman and Frost be on your side.

The had the hospital garnish my wages then charge me for it after I paid the original 3,500. Watch out for these crooks
