Moreover, his many years of valuable practical experience enables him to adeptly navigate through a sometimes convoluted legal system. An old friend of mine was facing a felony case having serious implications for imprisonment, loss of residency status, and likely deportation. Luckily my friend found Mr. Poota, who listened to them attentively, was reassuring, and agreed to represent them. Although the case against my friend was far from a slam dunk, there was no willingness by the prosecutor to reduce the charges sufficiently to avoid immigration issues. Mr. Poota formulated a brilliant legal strategy --- one tailor made to my friend's specific situation. Achieving their goal would not be easy, but Mr. Poota had my friend's back and the "street smarts" to accept nothing less.
