I hired atty. Poota as my lawyer from the incident that happened to me at Detroit airport. I am out of state and hate to go back to Detroit to solve some issues that I have encountered so i just decided to hire an Atty. I gave 5 star to Julian Poota because the excellent job he did for me. Although it took 2 months of waiting but when he said he is trying to find a good deal for me. He really meant it and as I told him its worth the wait. He was to solved my case and was not charged of misdemeanor case but able to make my case lower as he can can get. I will not make any detail but i did not regret hiring him. Good job 👏👏

I found myself in (as far as I’m concerned) some extremely serious set of circumstances legally, I browsed the Internet for a couple of hours along with making a plethora of phone calls to local law offices, I knew locating the precise attorney to assist me would not be an easy feat, I mean this is a task that one would need to invest days on end to ensure you’ll select counsel that will represent you in a fashion that will be tailored to your individual set of needs, well when I called Attorney Julian Poota and spoke with him, he met me on the other end of that call with professionalism and spoke with me in a way that translated to me that he understood AND that he cared about the outcome of my ordeal. I found a lot of these lawyers come off highly commercial during consultation, I can assure you Attorney Poota treats all of his clients like they MATTER! This man answered EVERY call I made to his office or return them in record time, and once we were before the judge, Attorney Poota made magic happen in that court room! He had a serious criminal charge reduced to a minor conviction that will be dismissed off of my record in a year as long as I stay out of trouble during my NON-REPORTING PROBATION! Now that is fairly RARE, I have an extremely high regard for Attorney Poota and will recommend him to any family member or friend who find themselves in any legal trouble because I trust NO ONE can get it done like this man can! Mr.Poota is a great attorney. When I emailed him he responded within 5 minutes. I received a 5 mph speeding ticket on the express way. The police officer told me it was no points. I am an insurance agent and I know better. The ticket was going to make my insurance go up by $900 for the first year! Tickets can effect your insurance for 5 years or more! Mr.Poota got the ticket reduced to double parking which doesn't effect my insurance. The fine is a bargain compared to what the insurance companies were going to charge me. I highly recommend Mr.Poota to anyone that gets a ticket!

I had a case regarding an intoxicated drive involving a motor accident. I was unsure of what I needed to do but it was quite clear that I needed a lawyer. After reading different reviews I noticed Mr. Poota and his great track record with many cases. I decided to go with Mr.Poota due to his price point and our discussion about the events of the night which. Mr. Poota was very nice and professional during the whole process of pre-trial, discovery, and the rest of the process. He gave great advice and let me know what was needed from me going forward. Mr. Poota is a very friendly individual and doesn't sugarcoat the situation which is key in my opinion for a lawyer. The reason is you don't want your lawyer over promising anything. Mr.Poota was able to get the evidence thrown out in court which severely weakened the prosecution's case. Overall my case was dismissed and I would attribute a great portion of this result to Mr.Poota's skill and the universe at play. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I knew who was facing a similar situation or a different impending case.
