I hired Mr. Poota about 3 months to represent me on a moving violation i received in MI. I am a resident of California and I was in MI when I received a moving violation in January of 2018. I had done extensive research and it showed a few states, MI being one them does not share driving records with California. Well, It was wrong. When my insurance policy renewed in CA , there was a point on my driving record from the ticked i received about 8 months ago in MI. My insurance premiums tripled in the amount i was paying monthly to have insurance coverage on my car. I contacted Mr. Poota and hired him to fight the ticket. He filed a motion to open my case and at first, it got denied because it has been so long. He did not stop there. He went back to the court and spoke with the prosecutor and finally, was able to get in front of judge. It worked!! the point came off my record. Mr. Poota's tenacity and determination came through and as a result i will be saving a whole lot of $ on my insurance coverage. California keeps the point on a record for 3 years. It is very expensive. If I had received the ticket in CA, I would gone to traffic school and have the point removed. but since I got the ticket in MI and i am not a resident of MI, I did not qualify for traffic school. So, i had no choice but to fight the system with Mr. Poota's help and i am very satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Poota. He is great with follow up. He is passionate and absolutely determined to get you results.
