Helpful friendly knowledgeable and is 100% dedicated to your case

I was referred to Matt by a lawyer friend who had asked around for a malpractice lawyer who was both really good and kind. The latter being essential for my sanity after the trauma I endured, and unfortunately hard to find. Matt is 100% both, and more! Matt not only knew his stuff and was compassionate, but was committed to my case. I was told that he doesn't take a lot of cases because the ones that he does take he gives it 110%, and in my case that was very true. Matt truly dug in, turning over EVERY rock and stone to make a strong argument (and there were lots of rocks and stones), doing his research medically to understand my unique situation and researching the options to find the best expert witnesses for MY unique case (and he found the PERFECT cardiologist) and even did a mock trial to be prepared. He was sincerely 110% invested in the case. Additionally, to his hard work and knowledge, Matt truly IS kind. Not to say that all news was good news; the process is tough, and there is no way around that and you might not get 100% of what you want. However, Matt absolutely treated me with kindness; he was direct when I needed to hear it, never discounted or minimized when I was emotional and always asked/encouraged I get the mental health support I needed to adjust to my new realities. Also, his support team is equally kind! These cases require a village. If you are undertaking the medical malpractice journey get ready, but you want a partner like Matt.

I'm pursuing a malpractice suit and before they even got my records they denied me. I brought them my records in person and the attorney didn't even read my paperwork to see if my case has buoyancy she just automatically said she won't go forward with it. That says a lot about an attorney who is very unsure of herself. If you have medical malpractice do not come here. They act stuck up and act to good to take a case unless it brings them millions. They are not here to make a difference. They don't care about anyone but their self. Don't even waste your time with calling them you will not be heard

Refused to take my medical malpractice case cause she said it was a difficult thing to prove but didn't even bother of reading my paperwork. And she took time to actually study the documents that I brought her she would have realized that they told me that it was sciatica that was bothering my back and they classified that due to my age when really it was just degenerative condition and my spine was degrading over a period of time. My spine has degraded so badly that I need synthetic disc replacement with an l5 s1 spinal fusion over spine specialist telling me it's just sciatica when it was far worse.

A great law firm. Had them represent me with the 3m lawsuit, and I am very happy with them as my attorneys handling this. They responded back every time within a day of my emails ( some being repetitive emails too), and always were transparent. I appreciate the work and effort they put in to getting me my settlement.

Not worth wasting your time with this firm..!! Injury lawyer states I have a malpractice case with standing to sue refers me to this firm for my time to be wasted. Malpractice firms will give you the excuse of “ It takes a lot on there end to sue doctors..” so they pick and choose cases they knw they can when, not ones they actually have to put in work for..!!

I got sepsis from a medical offices failure to provide adequate care. The consultant I spoke with said I can't sue unless I prove they caused permanent physical injury. This is not true. In Michigan, you can sue for providing inadequate, non-sterile care that results in sepsis. The fact that I could have lost my leg is wrong and the provider should be held accountable so they cannot let other people get infected in the future.

I used, Neil on a previous case. I reached out to Neil recently for a new case, and have been ignored. No response to my emails and calls. Not by him or his assistant. If he is too busy to help me, he is too busy to help you. If Neil and his assistant will treat me this way, he will treat you this way. Avoid, Neil, take your business and time elsewhere. Your time is worth too much to waste on, Neil and his firm.

I don't want to say they were rude over the phone but definitely not compassionate I mean if someone is reaching out to a lawyer they are probably going through some hard times and the call was just not pleasant they said they would send a letter or email telling me what to do next and I never recieved anything I'm guessing if they tell you there gonna send you a letter that's there way of telling you no thanks we don't want your case I collected alot of evidence and ultimately found someone who was more than happy to take my case we were able to settle with the company out of court in a very fast time I'm glad I trusted my gut instincts after the call and didn't just sit around waiting one thing they can definitely do better Is let people know within 2 days if you are interested in taking their case I will update this review if I ever recieve that letter
