What a great lawn firm! While they were not able to help me in particular, Matt Turner went above and beyond to do his best. My statute of limitations ends in 2 weeks and he dropped everything to see if he could help me. After professional review and conversation with him, it was determined there is no case unfortunately. No other lawyer or law firm even took the time to look. I recommend Matt Tuner for your needs!

I have not had the opportunity to work with any of the Attorneys at this firm, but I must address this because I believe the Firm’s Head of Legal would love to know, that they have a paralegal that is not versed in the Law and especially pertaining to Assault & Battery, I recently called in for a consultation for an assault case…. a employee from a Large Corporation had assaulted me( Customer) on their property, and I posed this information to the intake that spoke with the paralegal and her advice …. was that I had no case because in order for there to be a liability, the company employee would have to had a history of violence and the company was aware and therefore continued to keep the employee on and then the employee assaulted a customer, But if the employee was having a bad day and assaulted a customer then there’s no liability on the company or the employee because the employee was having a bad day which resulted in a first time offense for the employee therefore they can’t be found liable for their actions in assaulting a customer. I AM BEYOUND SHOCK! I know that the Attorneys and the.CEO of Sommers Schawartz, PC will address the erroneous information that their team member( paralegal) is passing along to potential clients and existing clients.

They claim to be pro lgbtq but then misgendered me multiple times in letters to me.

Inquired about a potential malpractice case via online query on website. Received phone a few days later for follow up questions. Never heard from anyone again. Could at least have the decency to call or email me if you weren’t interested. I guess my case wouldn’t generate enough revenue for them. This is how lawyers work. My search continues…
