I hired Goldman & Associates based on their claims of being experienced lawyers and there for their clients. My experience was quite different, I was firstly assigned a lawyer who did not bother reading over my case or any of the information I provided. I requested another lawyer, I got Maggie assigned. I spent 4 months working with Maggie, during the 4m i found myself having more questions than answers, unanswered emails/ phone calls and barely any replies. Rather than providing advice and calming any uncertainty I had, she created more uncertainty and anxiety and more often than not I found myself alone and in the dark not knowing what my future holds during one of the toughest times of my life. 4 months into my case, I am still unable to retrieve my items, I requested for her to file a motion she did not do that. I had to keep asking her for updates and make sure she was working in my favour. 8k in and I did not receive the care that they promised so I decided to no longer work with her and hire a lawyer from another firm, just a couple of days before my court date. On the day of my court date Maggie called me(we had only spoken a handful of times on the phone) saying that since my lawyer hasn’t been officially substituted that she is still representing and showing up to the hearing (Mind you I’m in Australia and the time difference means that my court hearing is well beyond midnight my time). A few hours later I receive an email from her asking me if my lawyer and I attended. Maggie, has never actually bothered to make an international phone call to Australia. All our correspondence was via email. The one time she calls me was to set me up on purpose to look bad in front of the court and hurt my case. She made sure that this conversation could never be traced back to her so she could say it was a miscommunication. I’m extremely disappointed that this woman not only did not support or help me in my divorce case but she became bitter and tried to sabotage my case. Beware of this firm and this lawyer as they work against you and not for you. I have expressed my concerns about her before hand and they did absolutely nothing.

Goldman+ associates help point me in the right direction for rights restoration instead of saying they could do it they sent me to someone that specializes in that area! Thank you goldman+ associates
