I've had this firm represent me in both criminal and family court. Noor handled my criminal and was great. Always reachable and got me the best deal possible. Abigail, and most recently Roseanna, handled my family court case. As a man in macomb county friend of the Court, you really don't stand much of a chance, but Abigail and Roseanna were able to get me the visitation I deserve. Roseanna had even pointed out and questioned alot of the mistakes my previous attorney made, so I'm hoping that can be corrected in the future. I'd highly recommend this firm to anyone going through family court, especially macomb county.

I have been working with Morgan McAtamney. She has been wonderful. She has walked me through every step of my particular situation, answered all of my questions, and given me options with explanations that I could understand. She really helped with my anxiety by being so patient. I couldn’t recommend working with her enough.

Goldman and associates changed my whole outlook on lawyers. Lol David parnell was hired to handle my Michigan case while i reside in TN. I have been in custody court for 2 years. My anxiety with this was exausting. From the first phone call, David actually listened to me and made sure i understood all the paperwork i was served. He really was a game changer. The whole firm works together and they really care about thier clients. I can call him anytime and he responds within the day. He stands up for me and makes sure im in the loop about EVERYTHING. Today is a good day! I was served July 16th 2020 by my child's mother and have been fighting hard since that day. I will not forget the first time I went to court with Danny, the opposing counsel made their move the night before, by delivering over 130 pages of "evidence" to my attorney, knowing that it would be impossible to review. We went into court under the notion that the hearing was to be a cause of motion hearing, they turned it into a optional, evidentiary hearing unless we agreed to enter into an interim order. Knowing that we had no idea of what "evidence" they had we agreed to the interim order, little did we know that this would last for over a year. It was their game-plan to, drag this case out as long as possible to gain established custodial environment. She did this by forcing our daughter to be the only student in her school to attend virtually for the year. Akvia called me personally after the first court appearance and apologized to me for how the hearing went. He ensured me that it was a matter of my position in the venue and made sure I was aware that the primary goal of the practice was to ensure my daughter was not going to be taken away from me, as I had done nothing to warrant such drastic changes since I had custody for 5 years at that time. Through this time there was FOC investigations, mediations, an evidentiary hearing, and finally a ruling by a referee. FOC investigation went in favor of me, yet the referee flipped it entirely. I objected to this ruling and today with the help of Daniel DeBene, in front of the Judge, and after nearly 2 years of litigation that the opposing counsel consistently made increasingly more difficult, through unethical and unprofessional means -- a huge victory was achieved. I can't state enough how different this law firm is form the other four that I have had to use in the past. They truly care, and they keep their clients best interests at the center of their drive. My daughter and I will be with Danny until the end!!!
