Very prompt in response, transparent and professional

If you want an attorney's office that will really hear your case and give you a proper consultation DO NOT CALL THIS ATTORNEY OFFICE!!! You will regret it! I called this office and the person who answered the phone was very kind. She told me that an attorney would call me back either today or tomorrow to discuss with me my case. The attorney called me later on and was completely RUDE! I answered the phone and he said "This is Joshua.....". I looked at my phone because it was completely silent. This guy had no personality at all. I told him the problem and after giving him my scenario he said (very belittling) we do not handle cases like yours. I asked if he could give me an explaination and if he could give me an example of what cases (in the same department) he did handle just incase there was other parts of the story I might have missed or forget to mention. He basically wasn't hearing me and kept going back and forth telling me I CANNOT HELP YOU ! WE DON'T WORK ON CASES LIKE YOURS!. He did not attempt to give me any counsel or suggestions that would help me. To top things off he hung up on me and said GOOD LUCK!! I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!! Isn't it your job to consult??

Attorney Rose was able to help me even though I did not hire because of the distance. She provided me with the information I needed to help me find my own way. For that I am very thankful.

My attorney Julia was professional and knowledgeable of my rights in my custody disagreement with my ex. the staff were responsive and polite.
