Mika was awesome @ giving me some good info on my case, Great & Awesome Customer Service. I really recommend her everytime. Next time I call I'll be asking to see for if Mika can help me. Gave me Great Direction on Next steps to take & where to call that would mostly give me a better resolution for everything I have & needs from this current situation I've been dealing with for some time now. Always my 1st call from now on!! # 1 in Customer Service for myself within past several years

If you want an attorney's office that will really hear your case and give you a proper consultation DO NOT CALL THIS ATTORNEY OFFICE!!! You will regret it! I called this office and the person who answered the phone was very kind. She told me that an attorney would call me back either today or tomorrow to discuss with me my case. The attorney called me later on and was completely RUDE! I answered the phone and he said "This is Joshua.....". I looked at my phone because it was completely silent. This guy had no personality at all. I told him the problem and after giving him my scenario he said (very belittling) we do not handle cases like yours. I asked if he could give me an explaination and if he could give me an example of what cases (in the same department) he did handle just incase there was other parts of the story I might have missed or forget to mention. He basically wasn't hearing me and kept going back and forth telling me I CANNOT HELP YOU ! WE DON'T WORK ON CASES LIKE YOURS!. He did not attempt to give me any counsel or suggestions that would help me. To top things off he hung up on me and said GOOD LUCK!! I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!! Isn't it your job to consult??
