My experience with David can't be put into words, he handled everything from start to finish with ease. He relieved so much stress from my life and got my case dropped down to almost nothing. I would HIGHLY recommend him, I did a lot of research prior to contacting David through a dozen or so attorney's. I actually had even retained an attorney prior to David returning my call and after he had called me back and after speaking to him and understanding how much he truly knows what he is doing. I had cancelled my retainer on the previous attorney and retained David. Seriously, this man is the BEST for what he does and he definitely gets done what he says he can do. Thanks again, David!!!!

I am not in the habit of writing reviews. I feel compelled to write this one on David Chiappelli at the Law Offices of Donald E. McGinnis in Troy, Michigan, because our experience working with Mr. Chiappelli had a life altering conclusion for our son. Our son was a heroin addict who was habitually in legal trouble over the span of approximately 9 years. Several of his charges were very serious and he was sentenced to the Oakland County Jail on 5 different occasions. He was certain to end up with a lengthy prison sentence. Mr. Chiappelli had the wisdom to see that his client was capable of leading a clean and productive life if given the chance to participate in rehabilitation services, rather than a prison sentence, where he felt certain our son would relapse in his addiction and lawless lifestyle once released. Mr. Chiappelli's professional knowledge of the law, along with his expertise handling of this case enabled him to convince the judge to grant that opportunity for our son. As a result of Mr. Chiappelli's competence as an attorney, our son will celebrate 6 years 100% clean and sober on December 8, 2021 - with total abstinence of any and all drugs, alcohol, or even over the counter medications. He was able to get into a program to become an electrician, and is at the top of his class with straight A's. He is now married with two sons, and he and his wife bought a nice home in Chesterfield Township, where his wife is a stay-at-home mom to their two sons. He is a productive, law abiding citizen. None of this would have happened without David Chiappelli. He literally saved our son's life. The outcome of this situation would have been a dark one, with a likely prison sentence had we obtained a different attorney. There is no doubt Mr. Chiappelli is the most competent attorney in this area. Our entire family highly recommends him for legal services. You won't regret it. Thank you David.
