David was very nice, informative, kept me up to date on my case. Would always return my calls, patient with me, and most of all, took his time with me. I would recommend him to anybody. I have given his name to several of my friends and family.

Mr. Chiappelli is and continues to be a Super Lawyer in all sense of the term. He and his firm partners are the best in Michigan, period!. I was alleged to have committed burglary of a home, fleeing and eluding, using a false name, and resisting arrest. I had a prior felony offence before this and he was able to have my bond of 25,000 cash (no 10% no surety all cash) dropped to a no recognizance $0 bond within 3 hours of it being issued and had me out of jail within 5 hours of that. As far as the charges he had all of then dismissed less the burglary, that was dropped to a misdemeanour entering a home with or without permission of the owner, in other words it was the owners fault for not letting me in or mine for not leaving when told.... and I received time served for it (1 day in jail, well 1 day 5 hours) It takes a very well educated, very well connected and very good & well liked bye his peers & colleagues attorney to do all that. I hate to use a cliché here and compare Mr. Chapelli to all these "Mob Attorneys" that grab headlines and get these hardened guys out of all kinds of things but David has them beat bye miles and he isn’t in it for that glory he is in it for his clients. You will not see him in front of the press cameras parading his clients wins and bye association his wins. He is laid back, easy to work with listens well and knows all the right moves. If you ever are in need of an attorney this man is your guy.
