Highly responsive law firm! Hit a few snags along the way but attorney Rose Abu-Farha did a good job helping me settle my divorce proceedings

Worst Law Firm ever! My idiot attorney was Julia Gazulli. She does NOT pay attention to detail and does not care about her clients. She didn't care about what I wanted out of the parenting time order we were working up, I thought I was paying thousands for an attorney to fight for me and my daughter, but I wound up having to fight Julia Gazulli for what I wanted. She lied to me about a question I kept asking about my parenting time order. She finally was able to convince me that what I was approving was what I was asking for. Once my parenting order was approved and sent to the FOC I found out my attorney was wrong about what she told me! I now have a botched parenting time order. I have an email where Julia admitted that she misinformed me. She offered to try to fight to fix it but told me we would lose. I couldn't believe no reimbursement was offered. I fired Julia immediately, Goldman offered another attorney but wanted another 3 grand retainer! I fired the firm after that and gave my money to a REAL attorney. Goldman still has just under $500 bucks left in my retainer, I have called for it several times to have it given back to me, I keep being told someone from the billing department is unavailable to speak to me at that moment but someone will call me back... it's been over two weeks of trying to have someone from billing call me to still have NOT heard from anyone and they still have not returned my money. IN FACT Julia Gazulli just billed and took another $88 from it due to "reviewing the parenting time order she botched".... ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Everyone beware of this law firm, they are absolute crooks and don't care about you or your family.

This is the best law firm, especially the high quality service that lawyer Rose provide. I received consultation from this firm through lawyer Rose and I was highly satissfied. Thank you for all your help.

Working with Rose, she was very professional and helpful. She did a lot to help me out personally in my case, despite some unusual circumstances. The prices at this firm are a little steep, but I would say it was worth it in the end.

Spoke with David Parnell at length about my Foster Guardianship case. He took the time to listen and get all of the relevant information, advised me as if it were HIS personal case and suggested I wait - it's too early to pay for an attorney, I was putting th cart before the horse and didnt want to take my money knowing that he probably would not be able to get the ball across the goal line. I really appreciated that! Most attorneys will just take your money after advising it could go either way. Integrity is EVERYTHING! Will absolutely be calling David back when the time is right! I had a scheduled 15 minute phone call, when transferred to the attorney I could hear he was driving (not professional, how can you give me advice while paying attention to the road?) the advice I was given was to just pick up and move closer to my child’s father for easier co-parenting. Not at all good advice, isn’t possible and does nothing to help me with my need to fill out court forms. Wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone, I’ve gotten better helpful advice from another local office. Rather disappointed with the lack of professionalism here, considering “child custody is what we specialize in”

She moved mountains for me She backs everything up with facts, she has an outstanding presentation of details to the court, and she is incredibly professional in her approach.
