If you are reading this it is likely that you are in the midst of one of the worst times in your life (divorce). The lawyer you partner with at this time can is fundamentally important with long lasting repercussions (either positive or negative). I met with many other attorneys. I am so happy I chose Goldman and Associates. The specific attorney I worked with was Daniel (Danny) DeBene. Danny is very smart, supportive, knows the approaches and ways to best navigate the unknowns that are gradually revealed over the course of divorce cases. Compared with other lawyers that were part of our case (opposing counsel) Danny was always the sharpest one in the room and seemed much more strategic and thoughtful. I found him to be well spoken and a very good negotiator. He is also very detail oriented. Throughout the process I came to understand that Danny is a lawyer that sincerely cares about getting you the best outcomes and cares about you as not just a client but as a person. HOUSE BUYERS BEWARE THAT CAN'T GET APPROVED!!!!! 1st I'd like to thank this law firm and stuff for all their help they were on top of my concerns from the second they answered the attorney I spoke with spent 2 hours going over my rights with the situation 4 days after I buried my husband after 27 yrs of marriage my in laws had their lawyer send me a 30 day notice to be out of what was always my understanding to be the home we owned after being denied on the mortgage my in laws was so willing to put it in their name with the understanding it was our home and we had to pay the mortgage all the normal things a home owner is responsible for. Please don't ever put a loan in someone else's name unless you are listed on the title with them. We were talked into walking away from our home so my in laws had us paying for a mortgage on a new beautiful home that now has 200,000 in equity or more and now the truth is out as too why my husband depression was so unbearable his last 2 months before his death. Don't let this mistake happen to you

Noor helped with a car donation issue where the title wasn't transferred properly that resulted in a confusing situation. She worked very hard to get it sorted out with the court and was very communicative. Would definitely recommend.

Goldman and Associates Law Firm was very professional, any questions i had even if my lawyer was not available someone in the office provided answers. I never felt like I was being ignored or left wondering. They welcomed me and treated me like family as if we knew each other are whole life. My lawyer was Noor K. I would recommend her to the world. Very professional, intelligent, and straight forward. She went in on my case like it was her own kid she was fighting for. She won every single point of debate for me and got everything I asked for. I ended up with 50/50 Joint and physical custody of my 2 year old son. 50/50 transportation even though Im the one that moved 10 hrs away. Im still happy as all get out right now.
