If I could give no stars, I would. At first I was very apprehensive when first contacting Goldman in May 2024 due to the fact they are family law and that was not my issue. (Nor is criminal) I was hounded by them and was assured, by one of their attorneys, on 2 separate occasions, they have "25 attorney's in the firm. I am sure one can help you." I did not accept their services until July. Spent many hours compiling papers and information for them only to continually hear my attorney was doing research. After weeks and another conversation, the attorney stated they are still doing research and not sure were to go with it. Isn't a legal assistance or paralegal able to do research? They charge less than the $400 per hour the attoreny tried to charge. Finally, after not responding to an important email and listening to a managing attorney throw my blood pressure into the stratosphere, I was told my case would bring shame upon the firm. "It would not look good for the firm," were the words used. Keep in mind, this was over 3 months after they received a hefty retainer and, after demanding the return of my entire retainer, I received one invoice, covering the entire time and for nearly half of it. During the ranting and raving conversation with the managing attorney, he stated he reviewed my file, he couldn't have. Towards the end, I told him I do not pay for nothing and was looking at an invoice. Funny, he immediately changed his tune and stated "let me see what I can do for you." Not holding my breathe. HINT: A few rules about billing clients were disobeyed. Could that be the change in the managing attorneys tune? We will see. To everyone out there, keep in mind, there is always someone who sits in a hire seat and it does not necessarily mean the AGC. Stay Away from these people!

Hannah Roberts Has worked my case, and the time, effort, and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. She treated my case like I was family, and more specifically a brother. Hannah will not just treat your case like its just her job, she invests herself into the case and takes it personally.

This firm is the worst that I have ever seen To start with I called Michael and told him about the situation I am with my ex wife and he assured me that he would get my case the best result possible He sent me to Sara K. Stafford. We paid $3500 upfront before she took the case Long story short we lost big time on our case because Sara missed one court date and got us a substitute that don’t know a single word of my case. She was so confused in front of the judge and said she wasn’t our lawyer and has to look at the case. Those are charges before we started court In the end of losing all the courts they sent me another bill for $4700.00 and a congratulations notes for all the bull crap they did for me which I paid because they sent it to collections right away. I counted 128 reviews they received in one week period which are all 5 star reviews. They buy fake reviews to get your foot in their door then your hooked to all of they fees Jfk airport don’t even receive that many reviews a week Unprofessional and unorganized firm that I will never ever recommend Good luck to all.

Attorney Glaza was delightful to speak with. She was very respect and extremely knowledgeable. My favorite aspect of the experience was the fact that she shot it straight and did not mince words. Her honesty and integrity was shown throughout my interaction with her. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs assistance in parental legal matters.
