This attorneys office is very poor with communication. They won’t return phone calls if you leave a message. They tell you one thing then do something else. I was told I would get a copy of the release after I satisfied my debt by Kelly the specialist but once I called to get it she changed the story and said we don’t give copies and wanted me to pay for it. Grateful the deeds department was so wonderful they agreed to send me a copy for free for all my troubles with this company. Thank You Oakland judgment department for being understanding and waiving my fee!!!!

Out of nowhere they just started garnishing my checks? Apparently they sent something in the mail. I have nothing from them because what address are they sending it too? I literally live in my car.

I have no idea how this firm stays in business. I have been calling them trying to set up something for several month now. Left many voicemails and never got a call back or any other type of follow up.
The case attorney is Daniel E Best; however, i was never able to reach out and discuss the matter.

They should get ZERO stars. These people are vultures who all need to turn in their bar cards. Predatory, unprofessional, unethical and corrupt company are you people!! You harassed a woman with a brain tumor - and now her dying father for months. And, over a 16 years old matter that is well past the statues of limitations! And, they claimed they dismissed -- and manipulative liars to the list!
They constantly Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, along with other statues, while terrorize sick, people who are unable to work through their terrorizing scams.

Secretary at the office is flat out rude. Don’t expect them to call back. I was told my voicemail was “cut off” before she could leave a message. Soooo, that’s it? No other attempted contact? You wouldn’t call again? Maybe YOUR phone cut off.. If that’s how they treat potential clients I’d highly suggest finding a different law firm. I would have left zero stars but that wasn’t an option..
