Zero stars, unethical, unprofessional, MONSTERS!!! This firm extorts, harasses and causes distress and damages to me to bedbound, cancer patients and domestic violence victims. They target the extremely vulnerable, going into people's credit history, contacting past creditors and specifically targeting disadvantaged consumers on old and out of statue of limitations debts. Then, when these disabled and victimize consumers can't pay, they promise to drop litagation. Instead, they further target and use fear mongering and extortion tactics to cause physical, mental and emotional harm to already several struggling people. This firm should be disbanded and disbarred for their malpractice and negligence as well as excessive, inappropriate and unnecessary practices Their clients and the court also need to be made aware of their disgusting tactics!

This Office employs nothing but lying cut throat Attorneys who I’m sure could never get jobs at a real prestigious law firm. They will purposely send you judgement papers to an address that you have never lived in order to obtain a judgment against you. I happily filed chapter 7 so these scammers could never in life get there dirty hands on any of my hard earned money. If you want advice in beating these low rent maggots, just tell the truth n court and although they will lie like a dog most judges see right through their lies and you will win your case. I will be joining the class action suit against them because my lot in life is to see this office have to pay money and lose their license to ever practice law again

I have continuously left messages and my phone number, for months since October 2020..I have paperwork to prove it. Trying to touch base and to make arrangements for my case...the keep sending me judgements. I am trying to handle this debt. Please have a representative give me a call or assign me to a rep.

I called them 4 times to try and change my address and start payment plans, never called me back. I called them tonight, and the lawyer that has been handling my case no longer has a voicemail. So how am i supposed to start a payment plan to avoid court when they don’t call you back? I wish i would have looked up all these reviews because it looks like they are terrible at getting back with people. It’s my fault for assuming they would want to do what they were hired for, which is collect payments.

Paid i debt off 2 weeks ago. They still havent pulled the money they haven't updated my credit. I keep calling no answers.

Let me start off by saying I am a nurse and a single mother. I have been making payments that I set up online in January. Due to the fact that I didn’t call and speak with someone and went on line to set everything up I am being garnished as well.

Very, very unprofessional. Tried calling for months with no response. Tried to set up a payment plan. No response. What more can I do?
