Ellis porter PLC prepared and filed my NIW petition (I-140) with expedited processing without recommendation letters. Case preparation was smooth and speedy for me and only took about 30-40days (including my part that I did quickly too). After filing I got RFE but they prepared a wonderful response that impressed me even more than the original case (I also put my part of the effort to provide evidence according to the strategy they designed) and almost right away I got my case approved. The total time frame for case processing with USCIS was even less than what initially I was told by the firm (I guess that varies country-wise and processing centers that's why I am not mentioning the exact timeline here). I made the payment through a payment plan that also went smoothly. I was not considering my case strong enough but they did a free evaluation of my case initially and offered my full refund/appeal and/or unlimited refilling options in case of rejection that showed their confidence in their evaluation score. Agreement was so simple and understandable even for a layman in legal matters. I didn't face any considerable con that should be mentioned here. I am not sure if my case was so simple and/or went so smoothly I don't have anything problematic to mention here so far. on my end, I am extremely satisfied with my case handling.
