After consulting many attorneys to handle my NIW and green card process, I decided to go with Ellis Porter PLC, they seemed very knowledgeable from the get-go, knew the ins and outs of the immigration law, and were able to put my mind at ease immediately after the first consultation. Even though we were against the clock to meet the filing deadline, Andy and his team never compromised on the quality of the work and made sure the legal brief and the complete petition being filed were of the highest quality. Perhaps it was this skillfully crafted I-140 petition that checked all the boxes and left no doubt in the mind of the USCIS adjudicator, the petition got approved in 8 months (USCIS estimate:20months) without any RFE.
