I got my I-140 approved (w/ an RFE) from fundamental physics research background. My research field has little application side to write for this kind of petition elaborately; needless to say, the complexity of explaining things in layman's terms. Nevertheless, EP (Andy and his team) did a great job. I received an RFE shortly after submitting my petition for the 2nd and 3rd prongs. Weirdly, the RFE was referring to exhibits that don't even match my petition. Anyways, it took more than three months to get a hold of my RFE since the letter from USCIS never came to my attorney or me. Finally, I was able to contact a USCIS agent by phone and received the RFE letter via e-mail. As soon as I submitted my collected recommendation letters, EP prepared a response within a few weeks. Long story short, EP quickly prepared documents and responded to my queries throughout the process. I would recommend EP if you receive approval or refund, or expedited service from them in your pre-evaluation.

The delay was mostly form my side for document gathering. Overall, the team was responsive an answered my questions within 24 hours.
