Madana was great helping my wife and I sell our home. She drew up the purchase agreement, hired and worked with the title company, and represented me perfectly with the buyers. She even was able to close on it for me in my absence. Definitely would recommend her for real estate transactions.

I met with Madana after reading so many great reviews, which is why I'm taking the time to write one now. I know first hand how important it is that the person you choose to guide you through one of the most anxiety-ridden times of your life is someone that is smart, professional, honest and that you trust will have your best interests at heart. After being married for 27 years and building a life together with someone, taking it apart was difficult but I felt so reassured having Madana there. We discussed pros and cons of every step we made and she helped explain everything to the point where I actually understood the law and what I was entitled to and what the risks were. I had friends who had gone through divorces and I remembered hearing their struggles with their attorneys and I honestly never felt that with Madana. She answered my calls and emails promptly and addressed my concerns right away. The best thing about her was that she was very straightforward and knowledgeable- she didn't sugar coat things just to make me feel better. She told me the truth and told me how things were from a rational stand point. She kept me grounded and focused on the important things.

Nickolas Daniels prepared my Estate Planning Documents including a Living Trust, Pour Over Will, and General Power of Attorney, and Patient Advocate Forms. He is very knowledgeable on the laws as they apply to estate planning, and he was able to explain certain aspects of the estate planning process to me in layman's terms. He also assisted in getting the deed to my house corrected due to change of ownership from a divorce and errors that were done by the title company. His rates were comparable to other estimates that I obtained for similar work. I would highly recommend Mr. Daniels if you are looking for a very competent and knowledgeable Estate Planning Attorney.

Arrested and charged with a 2 year felony. Judge and Prosecutor agreed for order of dismissal. Walked out no fees, no jail time and no sentence. This attorney responded every time my family had a question, gave clear legal advise, and stayed on top of the case from start. Even walked with me outside to my car after court when we spotted the State Trooper who arrested me parked outside the courthouse.
