The best decision I've made in a long time was choosing Frank Briguglio to represent me in my divorce case. Frank is a highly skilled and knowledgeable craftsman who guided me perfectly through the toughest time in my life. Frank kept me grounded, focused and encouraged that I would make out on the other end of the divorce process with the fairest outcome possible. Every step of the way he had the best advice and the right answers. He is every bit of a well practiced professional at the top of his game. For just one example, when we met with my ex-wife and her attorney to attempt to reach a settlement, Frank was not only able to quote settled case law to my advantage regarding spousal support but he also had the legal book in hand and marked ready to prove his point. Frank even told her attorney to keep the book - proving our side of the table was far more prepared for negotiation. Having Frank's vast experience on my side clearly gave me the legal upper hand in my case. Aside from his legal expertise, Frank was able correctly ascertain my ex-wife's narcissistic and greedy personality. Frank being on the board of the of Macomb County Bar Association also played to my advantage as not only is he extensively versed in divorce proceedings but it was obvious he is well respected by those who work in the Macomb County court system - particularly by my case mediator Debra O'Brien. Even the person I met with at Friend of the Court knew Frank - again providing me confidence that I had knowledgeable and experience representation. Communication from Frank's assistant were always timely, complete and concise. On top off all this, I also found Frank to be a genuinely nice guy who cared about me, not just as a client, but as a person going through the challenges of a late in life divorce. Mike

Frank was awesome, I would highly recommend. I was worried about how to do the paperwork and what to do when I comes to actually going to court and he made everything worry free. The judge was familiar with him and his work which made everything that much smoother. Frank was exactly what was needed if you dont want to go through a divorce without someone in your corner.

Very highly recommend!! After my initial phone call with Anita McCloud, I was quite confident I had found the perfect law firm to handle my divorce. My consultation with Tim Flynn confirmed it. His wealth of knowledge and experience assured me that I would be well-represented and respected, and that gave me tremendous peace of mind. What we hoped would be a fairly straight forward process was made extremely difficult by my now ex-husband, however Austin Probst tirelessly fielded every question and concern via phone, email, and/or in-person with professionalism and integrity. He kept me calm and focused on the light at the end of the tunnel. Even post-divorce, the Clarkston Legal team has provided incredible assistance and advice. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received, as well as the outcome of my case. I cannot thank them enough!

Prior to posting my first review, I was offered a $900 discount on my fee to post a positive review online. I do not consider this professional and did not respond to the request in the moment. I would like to point out why, as the firm has filed a suit against me claiming damages because of my negative social media reviews. Tim made suggestion to file a motion, which I agreed to, and the motion was never filed, and no explanation was ever given. Any public response to this is posted without my permission. In addition, I had a conversation with Austin, I know this because I was billed for it, where we discussed my ex wife removing my last name- Austin agreed and this never was done. Clearly I was misles or mis represented- if I am being billed for the discussion and no action is taken, I do not consider this professional behavior. Any public response to this is posted without my permission. Clarkston legal has posted rebuttals to my claims on social media without my permission, sharing any information about my case without my written consent is prohibited. I have screen shots of the responses already. Then they post to social media to "contact us regarding your social media post", yet if I do, they will bill me for that phone call too. I was billed for numerous meetings which I never saw meeting notes from. Stay away from this firm, or hire at your own risk. They do not follow good project management principles when handling a case (I don't get divorced often, so I rely on experts to help the process). They do not focus on client, and I think Tim is more narcissistic than my ex wife.

When it comes to matters as sensitive as divorce, child custody or the combination of both you need an attorney who will carefully handle your case. From the time of consultation to the end of my child custody case Frank was honest, informative and thorough. He’s honest about your situation and keeps you updated as the case progresses. Frank will also work hard to ensure that you are treated fairly as you deal with a tough, emotional legal matter. Hire Frank and trust the process, rest assured he will get you through it. Take with you the following advice from me; whenever you deal with the opposing party ensure that you conduct yourself in a highly respectful manner. Please don’t do anything that will jeopardize your case and limit what this OUTSTANDING attorney can do to help you. Thank you Frank!!
