I do not recommend it. They charged me 2100 dollars for a service that they did not complete. full payment. and they refuse to return the money

Litigation is never fun. I was dreading it. Robert and his team took something overwhelming and uncomfortable and made it manageable. They even were able to make me laugh and take that "overwhelming" feeling out of it for me. Always willing to explain and walk me through things, and answer any questions I had. I have spoken with nearly a dozen employment attorney offices in the past 2 weeks in an effort to seek both information and assistance in regards to some workplace incidents I was subjected to. When I spoke with attorney Robert Alvarez, he provided me with both information and guidance regarding my path forward. I paid $100.00 for this consultation, but it was well worth the money.

This happened over ten years ago. I drove a gentleman there for his appointment, his son was detained with immigration and in removal process. It was an urgent matter. The lawyer, Robert, said he would help them and even "File to stop the deportation and take him out of the plane, and call people in Univision who he knew to bring attention to the case.", made promises he couldn't keep. The father paid $7,000 in full. The son ended up being deported a few days after. We told the parents to report the lawyer to the bar but the parents never did it. I guess because they were unsure of what that involved or if it was a lost cause. After all these years I still think of that family and my heart breaks for them. This lawyer is cruel. He should have returned part of the money. Filing a stay of deportation, that was denied, definitely doesn't cost 7k!

They don’t inform themselves right as to changes in the system. Take your money and don’t give you the right answer. My advice to them make sure you informed yourself right and before you take peoples money tell them if y’all can help or not
