Very sneaky and rude. Hung up on me today, poor communication, and failed to notify me on updates about my case.

I came to Avanti to work with Amy after my first Divorce attorney failed to turn in paperwork on time and when he did turn in the paperwork, it was incorrect. I was told that Amy was a bulldog and would fight for me. Unfortunately, I found the opposite to be true. She responded very slow to emails, and when she did respond would answer my questions vaguely, leaving me feeling like I still did not know what was happening with my divorce. I would have to ask her the same question several times before actually getting a straight answer and got billed for each email. I felt left in the dark most of the time and felt that she did not care whatsoever about me. A lot of the time, I would find out information from ex-husband regarding our divorce rather than finding it out from Amy. I was told that I could set up payments for my balance during my divorce process and then several months later was told that I would have to pay everything in full. Granted I did miss ONE payment in January, but give me a break! This was all while she was still working on my case. When I had a balance with her, if I asked a question about my case, she would first respond with the fact that I had a balance I needed to pay before even addressing my question. I realize that she is running her business, but her lack of compassion and caring for her client (me) was beyond lacking. She was cold, distant and rude most of the time. When my divorce was finalized, she made me pay my balance with her (thousands of dollars) in FULL. She would not allow me to make payments on my balance even though the contract states that payments would be allowed. I would not recommend her or this company to anyone!!! During the worst time of my life, I did not feel that I could ask my attorney advice about my divorce and the direction she gave was minimal at best. I am very disappointed in their lack of caring! Probably not the worst attorney ever, but very close.

Don't understand there policies, and are not helpful explaining them either, atleast the individual attending me, I heard nothing but good references about Meghan though, but never had the opportunity.

This law firm is a joke. They scam people that are in desperate need of help.

I guess they tried but still never won our case for overtime after 50 hours even tho the law states overtime after 40 hours. Just don't feel like the care was there for our case.

Bueno escribire algo sobre este lugar, soy hombre de 59 años en toda mi vida nunca habia tenido que buscar ayuda de un abogado, hasta agosto del 2020 en que me decidi hacer la ciudadania americana,fue a Avanti Law Group por la recomendacion de un amigo. pague mis 50 dollares por la cita y ese dia el hice saber a la persona que me atendio que mi caso era simple solo llenarme el formulario N-400 (formulario de naturalizacion ) no habia que "pelear" ningun caso por que mi record esta limpio en todos los sentidos, que ni siquiera tenia tickets de trafico, bien pues por solo llenar ese formulario me dijo que serian 2.000 dollares mas 760.00 y otra cosa mas que no recuerdo eran casi 3000 dollares aunque podia pagar esa suma, sin problemas pense que era mucho, y no acepte, Al llegar a casa busque en internet y resulta que la Diócesis de la ciudad de Kalamazoo , tiene un servicio de inmigracion y este mismo caso solo te cobran 200.00 dollares, Pero segui buscando y encontre que yo mismo podia llenar el formularios en la web de inmigracion y asi mismo lo hice, me asombre cuando en apenas 20 minutos llene el formulario N-400 lo envie totalmente gratuito.al otro dia resivi noticias de que habian resivido mi formulario y todo estaba correpto. ayer resivi la cita para mis huellas. y todo esto totalmente gratis.. solo el valor de la aplicacion 720.00 dollares.el 14 de abril 2021 1:55 pm fui a la entrevistaen Detroit todo muy facil apenas duro de 5 a 10 minutos , el 16 de junio 2021 a la 12.30 pm en la court de Grand Rapids mi ceremonia de naturalizacion,Ya soy ciudadano, y todo echo por mi ,sin ayuda de nadie en la web de inmigracion esta toda la ayuda que le hace falta

No firmen nada sin saber cuanto les van a cobrar. Muchas veces les cobran sin hacer ningún trabajo.
