Recently, my daughter had a minor auto accident. She identified herself to the other individual involved; however, she panicked and left the scene of the accident prior to the arrival of the police. Due to this, she was charged with a misdemeanor for leaving the scene along with a standard traffic ticket. I thought the charge for the misdemeanor was not accurate/fair (as to intent) because my daughter had given her name to the other driver involved. This prompted me to hire Attorney Haff in order to get a proper review of this incident by the court. Well, we went to the court and Attorney Haff met with the prosecutor and explained what happened and he dropped the charges down to a simple civil infraction which we agreed was a just decision. I've hired Ryan to represent me twice on criminal cases. He got me outstanding results both times. He always returned my calls and he was *Never* late for court.
