During my high conflict divorce Anna has been very easy to work with. I appreciate that the communication lines are always open whether that be email or phone calls. Avoid this law firm especially Ross for personal injury cases you will never understand if he is representing you or the insurance. If you want to be despised then go ahead. He cannot handle your case horrible customer service for example he will say “ oh X insurance company is big cookie” Even if you have crystal clear case . Run Run

I have had a couple attorneys work for me in different states but this by far is the worst attorny. Charged me 3x the amount he said he could get it done in. Charged me, couldn’t get it completed after multiple times telling me It's done just final review it’s done just one more day oh before the weekend. Asked for more money to make sure it’s done. None of the billing makes sense. Wouldn’t give me the breakdown prior to giving them more money. Gave me 600 dollars back with not even close to a finished product. Zero kept promises, horrible customer service, Ross T horrible attitude and rude as all get out. I’m sure Ross will get on here and say it was my fault and I gave him stuff that was to hard for him to handle and stuff on and on. But if you read reviews stay away from this firm. On to other firms.
