Zach was the best at helping me understand the process and providing legal advice. He was able to calm my nerves and anxiety and very simply explain what I needed to know and what I needed to do. He took a very difficult and embarrassing situation for me and negotiated a plea to my satisfaction. He asked me to "trust him". I did and he did not disappoint. If you are in the least amount of trouble I seriously recommend seeking the help of Debbie Lang of Halberg Criminal Defense. As a first time offender I was fearing my life had changed and a promising career had been cut short. Debbie was there to explain to me all the aspects of what to expect between a best case vs ideal case results. She was so well prepared she called out and consulted with me every chess move she made and even had a good idea on what the prosecutions checker board responses would be. In the end I went from having serious criminal charges being reduced down to a sealed continuance for dismissal with an uncontested expungement in a year. From the minute I stepped out of jail I never saw/talked to the prosecutor, the judge, or went back to court. Besides an outright dismissal it doesn't get much better than that. Debbie took a bad situation and uncomfortable process and turned it into manageable no pain ordeal. If I ever find myself in trouble again she will be the first call I make.

Dave Risk was an excellent attorney who represented me in a court case. I have never been through the court system before and he was able to guide me in the right direction and offer some of the best advice.
