I called Matt after getting served with an OFP order. I didn't know what to do? I was scared, confused, and thought I was in big trouble. He came to my house the same night and went to work immediately on my case. I felt really good about it. He kept me informed of everything going on everyday, he took the time to answer my questions and concerns, and he just always kept me in the loop. The day of my hearing he came earlier and prepped me on how it was going to go and how he was going to handle the questions. I have never been to court before and he really took the stress out by telling me what to expect, how to act, and respond. He went thru trial like a PRO! I was calm and he walked me through it. MATT GOT MY OFP AND DOMESTIC CHARGES DISMISSED. WE WON!! I knew a few days after trial and was able to have a great weekend! His prices in helping are lower than average in MN. Matt handled my family member's personal injury case. She suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car accident and had a long recovery. She still suffers from some of effects of the accident today. My husband had been badly burned and poisoned by radiation treatments that were set too high. Right after being hospitalized, Covid restrictions hit. I was no longer able to see him while he was hospitalized. The treatments left my husband in a very confused state fearing everyone was trying to hurt him. As a result while trying to get free of his nursing staff my understanding is he injured one of the nurses who ended up filing charges. It took a lot of time and effort to convince the prosecutor to drop the charges against my husband who would have ended up in jail unable to defend or care for himself.
