My divorce was very complicated, and my first lawyer put me behind the eight ball due to lack of responsiveness or standing up for me. Switching lawyers mid-divorce was stressful, but one of the best decisions I made was going with Beth Barbosa. She immediately stepped in and was up to speed with my entire case quickly. She was overly responsive, and walked me through her entire plan of action. Once I had her in my corner there was a decided shift in my case, and because of her knowledge and her tenacity, I turned from being vilified by the opposing attorney - to having the Judge call me a "good father" in open court. I highly recommend Beth because she will fight for you and your family.

Many work comp insurers will bully you and will withhold any benefits that they can from you simply because you don't know the complex laws and what you're​ actually entitled to. This makes your recovery such a gut wrenching, stressful time being burdened with so many uncertainties. But trust me, this won't happen if you have Denise representing you. You'll sleep well at night. She has been a hero to my family and I on multiple occasions over the course of a decade. It's extremely comforting to know that she's always just a phone call away! Denise is very professional, responsive and easy going! She worked with me on a work comp case and helped me win a nice settlement. More importantly she was able to get my back surgery covered. After 10 years of being in pain, I am a new person! Even after the settlement she was always available to answer questions and give advice. Denise was also working with me on a disability claim for a separate issue which I was able to abort due to changes in my health. She was thrilled for me! He never connected til right before court and never fight just went to the fastest to make a dime! Tried to have him represent me again on the same case and was rude and let me go into court alone he’s all about money! So I would never recommend him unless u want to not know what is happening at all! Worst person for communication ever! So save your money that’s all he wants!
